Tortilla Soup

5 cups chicken broth
4-6 cooked chicken breasts, chopped
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 bunch green onions
3-4 tomatoes, chopped
1 cup carrots, chopped
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
3 cans green chiles

Combine all in large pot. Simmer until carrots are tender(up to an hour) Top each serving with olives, fresh cilantro, avocado, shredded cheese, tortilla chips, lime, salsa, whatever you like... enjoy!
