Meatball Subs

1 egg
1 Tb Milk
2 Tb Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp mixed Italian Herbs
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 Tb minced onion
1 Clove Garlic (minced or grated)
1/4 cup bread crumbs (I use a little less)
1/2 lb ground beef
1/4 lb Jimmy Dean Sausage

Heat 1 Tb Olive oil in a lrg skillet on medium heat
Form meat into golf sized balls
Brown for 2 to 3 mins on each side. Remove and place on paper towels.
Dump oil.

Add to Skillet:
1/4 cup chicken broth
3/4 cup marinara sauce
Bring to a simmer that add meatballs.
Let simmer uncovered for 15 mins, stirring every few mins

Add Mozzarella cheese! YUM!
