Boil 2 cups Macaroni - drain, set aside
melt 3 Tb butter in pot the slowly stir in
2 Tb flour
when thickened add 1/2 Tb of Dry onion (or more)
Stir around a bit then add:
2 cups milk VERY slowly... add a little, wait while it boils and thickens, add a little more... continue process
Then add 1/2 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper
Take off heat
Add 2 cups cheddar cheese... stir as it melts in.
Then add macaroni
Pour into a 9x9 glass pan and cover with foil.
Bake at 350 for 30 mins ( I should have done it less for ours.. it seemed pretty dried out)
For the link wraps I made the bread maker dough from the cinnamon roll reciepe and used little beef sausage links. I cooked then for 11 mins at 350.
