Sweet and Sour Glazed Chicken Kabobs

In sauce pan bring to boil:
3/4 cup sugar
1 Tb cornstarch
1/3 cup vinegar
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 tsp garlic salt
Boil until thickens, stirring constantly
Let cool and pour half in with the cut chicken to marinate if you have time.

Cut red, green , and yellow peppers and place on skewers with the chicken and pineapple. Foil a cookie sheet pan or use a broiling pan it you have one(I don't but this would be better if I did) Put oven on Broil HI setting. Place pan 4 to 6 inches from top of oven. Cook 15 mins... taking it out every 5 mins to flip and baste with a little more glaze. (this does get smokey sometimes so turn on you vent!) Serve with rice!
